The restaurant of Palococo hotel is now open to the public and offers a typically Dominican cuisine.
Chef Leo and his team will welcome you. You will be able to discover or rediscover typical Dominican dishes like coconut fish, octopus or conch vinaigrette, shrimp to garlic, arepitas, cassava, etc…
Some dishes such as dominican goat or chicken, seafood cocktail, are chef specialties. Of course, you can also enjoy typical meats, accompanied by rice or fried bananas, mashed potatoes and salad.
