Storekeepers of Paseo de la Costanera plaza organize their carnival on Saturday February 23, 2013.
Everyone will be dressed up to celebrate the event.
The event will start with a make-up workshop for kids at 5pmAt 6pm, artists from the Fine Arts Group Quemacalle, will offer a show with stilts, drummers, robagallina, and diablos cojuelos.
The public will be able admire their performances for more than two hours. The activity will also feature musical entertainment with Marlène et Vincent
duo.
