Quantum of the Seas by Royal Caribbean
Tourism is the main objective of the Dominican government development strategy, and good news, Samaná will welcome the second world’s largest cruise ship, as announced by the Ministry of Tourism and Termasam.
The new boat, called Quantum of the Seas
, property of the Royal Caribbean line, will start sailing in 2014 and has capacity for 4,180 passengers and 2,500 crew members.
It will be the largest boat in reaching Dominican Republic, which is part of the world cruise route.
